Health & Medical Guarantee
To the best of the breeder's knowledge, the kitten is in excellent health and free from both internal and external parasites. The breeder guarantees that the feline is in sound medical condition at the moment of sale. The purchaser agrees to arrange a professional examination by a licensed veterinarian within 14 days of taking ownership. If the veterinarian discovers any adverse medical conditions, the purchaser must notify the breeder within 24 hours. Should any legitimate health issues be diagnosed during this initial window, the buyer may return the kitten to the breeder for a full refund of the base purchase price. Please note that the breeder will not reimburse any medical bills, travel expenses, or transportation fees. Prior to placement, the breeder will administer age-appropriate vaccinations and provide a complete medical history record to the purchaser. Arranging and paying for the rabies vaccine (typically administered around 6 months of age, where required by law) remains the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Every kitten is backed by a one-year warranty against hereditary or congenital defects. If a genetic disorder is suspected, the purchaser must take the cat to a licensed veterinarian to officially confirm and document the condition. Once formal diagnostic paperwork is obtained, the buyer should present it to the breeder. The purchaser is entirely responsible for all veterinary expenses required to gather this medical proof, as well as any transit costs to return the cat to the breeder. Upon verification, the breeder will replace the cat with a kitten of equal quality from a subsequent litter as soon as one becomes available. All shipping or travel costs for the replacement kitten are the responsibility of the buyer.
If an animal is found to have a congenital or genetic defect, the buyer is required to inform the breeder immediately. The breeder strictly avoids breeding lines carrying such traits, making timely notification absolutely essential for our breeding program.
The purchaser explicitly agrees that all costs, fees, and expenses related to the healthcare of the kitten are their exclusive responsibility. This includes any immediate booster shots required based on the kitten's age at pickup, as well as all future annual vaccinations. The breeder will not be held liable for any veterinary bills, prescription costs, or therapeutic treatment expenses incurred by the purchaser after taking possession of the feline.
Spay/Neuter Agreement & Registration
All kittens are sold strictly as companion animals ("pets"). The purchaser agrees to have the feline spayed or neutered at an appropriate age, typically by 6 months of age.
Following the procedure, the purchaser must provide the breeder with official, signed documentation from a licensed veterinarian proving the spay or neuter has been completed. This documentation must be submitted to the breeder within 30 days after the kitten reaches 6 months of age. The kitten's formal pedigree registration papers (TICA or CFA, depending on the litter's registry) are strictly withheld by the breeder and will not be released to the purchaser until this official veterinary proof is received and verified.

Failure to have the animal altered by the agreed-upon age, or failure to submit the required veterinary proof within the 30-day post-operative window, will result in an immediate $200 late/non-compliance fine. Furthermore, if it is discovered that the purchaser has used the feline for breeding purposes without purchasing explicit breeding rights, the purchaser agrees to pay a $2,000 unauthorized breeding fine to the breeder, and ownership of the cat and any offspring may be revoked.
